Firstly, please take the time to read and understand these terms before using your Melksham Motor Spares Loyalty Card. Please note that they may be updated from time to time. Use of your Loyalty Card will constitute acceptance of these terms.
Terms & Conditions
- To qualify for a loyalty card, customers must provide a current, valid email address.
- Cards are only valid for retail purchases, trade, staff and account sales are excluded.
- Stamps will only be issued when the total invoice value is £10.00 or more.
- Only one stamp will be issued per transaction regardless of the total invoice value.
- Only one stamp per day will be issued regardless of the total number of purchases made on a particular day.
5a. The only exception to point 5 being if a qualifying purchase is made on the same day the card is issued you can receive both your first stamp free when registering and then an additional stamp for the purchase. - When the card is completed with 9 stamps you will receive £10.00 off your next purchase; only 1 card can be redeemed at a time.
- The £10.00 redemption can only be used against payment for products at the Melksham branch; no cash value will be given.
- Completed loyalty cards may only be redeemed against goods and have no monetary value.
- If the purchase using loyalty card redemption is below £10.00, no change will be given.
- If we refund you for purchases that attracted a stamp, we reserve the right to deduct this from your balance.
- You will not accrue a stamp on purchases that are paid for by redeeming a completed loyalty card.
- Stamps cannot be added retrospectively should you fail to present your card at the time of purchase.
- By joining our loyalty card scheme you agree to receive promotional emails from Melksham Motor Spares. Please see our privacy policy for how we handle your details.
- Your details will not be shared with any third parties.
- Melksham Motor Spares are not liable for lost, stolen or damaged cards.
- Melksham Motor Spares reserves the right to refuse to accept a loyalty card or to limit the use of a card which it deems to have been tampered with, duplicated, damaged or which otherwise is suspected to be affected by fraud, misconduct or unauthorised use. Melksham Motor Spares may withdraw or cancel your Card or take any other action it may deem appropriate if it suspects fraud, misconduct or unauthorised use.
- Melksham Motor Spares reserve the right to alter or cancel the scheme at any time and will be under no obligation to provide reasons for doing so. The issue of any new terms and conditions and subsequent use of the card will be deemed as acceptance by the customer.
